Welcome to the new MoMA. In our expanded galleries and spaces for performance, conversation, and art making, you’ll see more art in new ways. Get ready to discover new voices and fresh perspectives.
Starting November 7,5:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
Elevate your evenings with special after hours programming every first Thursday of the month. First Thursdays features our new One Work series, in which curators will be in conversation with artists. On November 7, artist Jackie Winsor discusses her workChunk Piece with Christoph Cherix, chief curator in the Department of Drawings and Prints. All of our shopping and dining options will be open, too—including our new flagship Museum Store and the Terrace Café.
hablArte es una serie de conversaciones sobre arte en español, guiada por educadores y empleados de MoMA, además de invitados especiales. Todos están bienvenidos, desde hablantes nativos hasta principiantes buscando oportunidades para conversar.
Perfect for children ages 4–10, the Art Lab is a free, hands-on space where kids and adults can draw, design emoji, engage in light-box play, and more. Families can drop in and choose the activities that interest them.
Our flagship Museum Store, adjacent to the lobby of MoMA, features a 30-foot tall wall display and an innovative selection of home decor, lighting, tech innovations, toys, games, accessories, apparel, and more.
Located on the sixth floor, the Terrace Café is a full-service café, offering seasonal American small plates and shareable snacks, as well as cocktails, wine, and beer. The café also offers seasonal outdoor seating.
